Equipment Overview

The process hybrid training system can be used to create complex PLC control functions in the field of process engineering, especially the process involving metering and mixing. The basic structure of the system, including storage tanks, centrifugal pumps and a demonstration panel, all components are clear. The pump delivers water to the three water tanks, which are controlled by solenoid valves. The sensitivity of the water level monitoring capacitor proximity switch in the three water tanks is adjustable. The fluids from the three tanks can be mixed in the downstream mixing tank. The mixing tank is also equipped with three proximity switches. A mixing machine that helps the mixing process. All tanks are transparent, so the conveying and mixing process is clearly visible.
