Equipment Overview

The trainer provided a comprehensive experiment, introduced the basic principles of control engineering, and used pressure control examples. The air pressure control system is a second order system. It includes an in-line pressure vessel connected by a flow control valve. An additional valve on the other tank allows air to be used as much as possible to simulate a disturbance variable. The pressure sensor measures the pressure of the two ships. The controller used is the most advanced digital industrial controller in a country. The actuator in the loop is the standard current signal input of the pneumatic control valve. The control variable X and the manipulated variable y are directly drawn on the integrated dual-channel line recorder. In addition, the variable can be tapped as an analog signal in the laboratory jack of the switch cabinet. This enables external recording equipment such as an oscilloscope or flat-panel plotter.
