The system can be used for daily teaching and learning of traditional college majors, such as mechatronics, electrical control and automation, motion control, etc.

This system is based on the industrial Internet of typical intelligent manufacturing production lines. It uses industrial networks, automatic control, data acquisition, and remote operation and maintenance technologies to complete the integrated debugging and maintenance of intelligent production lines. Students can use this system to design industrial network implementation plans.

Digital twins make full use of data such as physical models, sensor updates, and operation history, integrate multi-disciplinary, multi-physical, multi-scale, and multi-probability simulation processes, and complete mapping in virtual space to reflect the entire life cycle of the corresponding physical equipment. Digital twins are a concept that transcends reality and can be viewed as a digital mapping system of one or more important, interdependent equipment systems.

Intuitive equipment: The main equipment is installed directly exposed, and the equipment can be displayed in front of students more intuitively, which shortens the transition and adaptation time of students from the classroom to the industrial site.

The performing part of the system employs the pneumatic device made by pneumatic solenoid valve-cylinder to finish the operation and sorting of the system.
This device supports three control mode (PLC control, MCU control, PC control) to complete the whole system control operation.

The system integrates PLC, position control, and sensor technology in an organic training system. Through sensor signal acquisition and PLC programming, the DC motor is subjected to more complex position control and sequential logic control to realize vehicle access management functions.

Three control methods (PLC control, SCM control, computer control), simple switching mode and easy operation.
