Mechatronics Training Series

The training platform has a scientific structure and beautiful appearance, with an adjuster at the bottom and adjustable height to ensure stability.

This training device consists of the installation and debugging of the mechatronics equipment components, pneumatic system, electric control circuit, PLC, electromechanical equipment and automatic control system. It fulfills the needs of teaching and competition.

This device can simulate real industrial manipulator working condition, can complete object handling process.
Working part contains a variety of industrial gear, a variety of stepping motor, and limit detection device, can real simulation manipulator object transfer process. Control part adopts three control methods (PLC and single-chip microcomputer control, PC control), complete the control operation of whole system.

Short-circuit protection: any two phase of power section have contact, means cut off power supply.
Leakage protection: Power section has leakage phenomenon, current exceed certain value, and means cut off power supply.

The system adopts the modular design of independent units, which is completed by the electric bus, and finally is connected between modules (stations). Each unit module (station) can work independently, and various system units can be adjusted according to the process requirements in various ways.
