DLMVS-443X Industrial Machine Vision Application Platform integrates image acquisition, intelligent detection, visual positioning and defect recognition. It supports multi-scenario automation training, with modular design, high compatibility and easy programming. Ideal for vocational education and industrial labs to effectively cultivate practical talents in machine vision and intelligent manufacturing.
This platform is primarily composed of a 2D industrial camera unit, industrial lens components, light source components, a 3D industrial camera unit, a 4-axis robotic arm unit, a PLC module, an electrical control system, and a programming computer.
This platform is mainly used to assess trainees' mastery of knowledge and skills in industrial vision technology, artificial intelligence technology, motion control technology, and automatic control technology, as well as their professional qualities such as safety awareness, craftsmanship spirit, and quality and cost control. It simultaneously evaluates the operators' on-site problem analysis and handling abilities, innovation, creativity, organizational management, and team coordination skills. It can serve both as a training device for daily teaching and as equipment for vocational and technical skills competitions, meeting diverse usage requirements.
