DLIR-357F Industrial Robot Digital Technology Platform integrates intelligent control, data monitoring, fault diagnosis and collaborative management. Equipment Overview

The platform is primarily composed of the FANUC six-axis industrial robot LR200iD and the SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC, complemented by a touch screen, RFID read/write module, basic operation assessment module, machining automation task unit, intelligent transport-sorting-palletizing task unit, gift packaging task unit, and digital twin system.

 

This platform enables skills training and assessment for industrial robot coordinate calibration, trajectory programming and operation, assembly, handling, palletizing, packaging, gluing, and other applications closely aligned with industrial scenarios. It also facilitates assessment of digital technologies such as robot offline programming, simulation, and digital twins.

 

Using this platform, students can learn and master skills including sensor detection technology, vision inspection technology, RFID read/write technology, electrical control technology, motor drive technology, industrial robot technology, PLC technology, configuration technology, production line process design, system maintenance and fault detection technology, offline programming simulation technology, industrial Ethernet communication technology, and digital twin technology.
