Equipment Overview

(1) DLZL-GR01 Skills Competition Equipment Air Conditioner Training Equipment lab Trainer Workbench Equipment is constructed with a movable aluminum profile workbench, which contains a demonstration board for mounting components. These components are neatly arranged in a manner similar to a refrigeration circuit for easy understanding. The refrigeration circuit is shown on the front panel printed diagram. The refrigeration pipeline uses red and blue color coding to indicate the state of the refrigerant.

(2) The equipment uses three different throttling devices to facilitate students to better understand and master the importance of throttling devices in the refrigeration system when doing experiments.

(3) Instrument panel: circuit breaker and leakage protection device, voltmeter, ammeter, indicator light, key selector switch, digital thermometer, 3 hand valve test systems, electrical diagrams with test points, clear and color-coded systems Figure and connection diagram.

(4) RS485 information acquisition system: After the system is assembled, the computer and its own refrigeration system can be realized. The data is transmitted to the computer through the RS485 information acquisition serial port. The transmitted data includes voltage, current, phase angle, frequency, and power. , High pressure and low pressure, time and other values. It also includes the system schematic diagram, which can be printed on the computer side.

Training Content
