This DLPLC‑HMI Human‑Machine Interface training module simulates real industrial HMI application scenarios to help students get familiar with field operation workflows rapidly. It adopts dual‑mode training including practical operation and simulation, effectively eliminating the gap between theoretical teaching and real‑world industrial practice. Multiple safety protections for users and equipment ensure standardized and flexible experimental operation. Built with special mould profiles with anodizing coating, it features reasonable structural layout and modern‑looking appearance. Custom safety test leads and connectors meet MIL and IEC international standards, preventing electric‑shock hazards during hands‑on training.
I. Equipment Overview
1. The experimental module closely resembles real-world industrial applications. Through training in this module , students can quickly adapt to on-site work .
2. This module uses modern information technology and solves the problem of the disconnect between theory, experiment, internship and practical application in previous professional training by using two training levels: operation and simulation .
