The DLPLC-CSD Conveyor Belt Module is a scaled-down industrial-grade sorting simulation system developed based on real factory conveyor belt sorting processes and professional teaching demands. It integrates authentic industrial standard components, highly restoring actual production application scenarios, enabling students to proficiently master industrial conveyor control and material sorting technologies. The module adopts a durable structure with powder-coated bent iron plate base and precision machined aluminum execution parts, ensuring stable operation and long service life. It supports professional pneumatic sorting training with a standard air source of 0.3MPa and above, featuring low power consumption below 0.5KVA. Compact and reasonable in overall layout, it perfectly matches supporting training platforms, realizing integrated teaching of mechanical structure cognition, automatic conveying and intelligent sorting control.
I. Overview
This system utilizes KingView configuration software to build a standardized supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) platform. Its overall technical architecture, functional system, and performance standards are benchmarked against mainstream international industrial SCADA platforms, including Ignition, Siemens WinCC, VTScada, and AVEVA System Platform. The system can seamlessly connect to field PLCs, sensors, frequency converters, smart meters, and other automation equipment, enabling real-time acquisition of process parameters, visual monitoring of equipment status, remote manual/automatic control, parameter over-limit alarms, historical data storage and query, production report statistics, and hierarchical user access control—a complete set of standardized SCADA functions.
