Equipment Overview

The DLPCS-WD02 Temperature Control Trainer of DLGK-YL101 Pressure Process Control Trainer of vocational education equipment provides a comprehensive experimental introduction to the basic principles of control engineering, using temperature control examples. A circulating pump provides water in a closed circuit. The flow of water can be adjusted by a manual valve. The circuit also includes a heater, a heat exchanger fan, and three integrated thermocouple temperature measurement. Dead time can indicate the use of different lengths of process delay. Use thyristor power controller actuator. The controller used is the most advanced digital industrial controller in a country. It can be used as a continuous or a switching device, and the heater can be activated by actuators and/or fans. The control variable X and the manipulated variable y are directly drawn on the integrated dual-channel line recorder. In addition, the variable can be tapped as an analog signal in the laboratory jack of the switch cabinet. This enables external recording equipment such as an oscilloscope or flat-panel plotter.
