Equipment Overview

The trainer used a control example to introduce a comprehensive experimental basis for the basic principles of control engineering. A pump loads water from a storage tank into a transparent liquid level control tank, and a pressure sensor is installed at the bottom of the liquid level control tank. The controller used is the most advanced digital industrial controller in a country. The actuators in the control loop are pneumatic control valves and electro-pneumatic positioners. A ball valve in the outlet allows the defined disturbance variable to be generated. The control variable X and the manipulated variable y are directly drawn on the integrated two-channel line machine. In addition, the variable can be used in the analog signal of the jack in the switch cabinet room. Such as oscilloscope or flat plotter.
