DLIR‑IDC01L intelligent process control training system adopts real‑world industrial process simulation objects, integrating three independent control channels: PLC, smart instrument and DCS. It supports multiple thermal‑parameter experiments of liquid level, temperature, pressure and flow, including single‑loop control, cascade control and ratio control.
Built with open‑framework industrial aluminum profile platform, components are detachable and replaceable without damaging overall performance. Multiple safety protections such as leakage‑current protection, water‑electricity separation and interlock protection guarantee operation safety. Equipped with TIA Portal and KingView teaching software, it covers verification, design and comprehensive training items for automation majors, featuring excellent openness, compatibility and expandability.
System Overview
DLIR-IDC01L intelligent process control technology application system, including basic platform, intelligent control unit, intelligent water circulation cooling unit. The system is based on the physical simulation object of industrial process. It is a multifunctional experimental device integrating automation instrument technology, computer technology, communication technology, automatic control technology, process detection and control technology application. The intelligent water circulation cooling unit includes thermal parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level, etc., which can realize system parameter identification, single loop control, cascade control and other control forms.
This training system fully meets the training and teaching needs of related courses such as "PLC Principles and Applications", "PLC Application Course Design", "Variable Frequency Speed Regulation Technology", "Process Detection and Control Technology Application", "Automatic Control Principles", "Process Control", "Automation Instruments", "Automatic Detection Technology and Sensors", "Computer Control" and "DCS Distributed Control" in automation, electrical engineering and automation, measurement and control technology and instruments, mechanical and electronic engineering and other majors.
