                     Equipment Overview

The Opto-Mechatronics Integrated Training System is a standardized, comprehensive training and assessment platform for mechatronics majors. The system adopts a modular structure, mainly consisting of an aluminum alloy training workbench, workstations for feeding, position verification, displacement, inversion suppression, assembly, insertion, and placement, as well as a PLC, touch screen, power supply, air source treatment, warning lights, button indicators, and industrial sensors. The electrical and pneumatic controls of the equipment are aligned with industrial field standards, equipped with actuators such as push rod cylinders, 180° rotary actuators, linear-rotary composite actuators, parallel pneumatic grippers, vacuum suction cups, and vacuum generators, as well as solenoid valves, flow control valves, and sensors such as reed-type, inductive, optical proximity, and vacuum pressure sensors. It can achieve programmed control and automated testing for feeding, positioning verification, transfer, defective product rejection, multi-part assembly, and finished product vacuum handling. The system supports free combination, independent assembly and debugging, meeting the needs of daily teaching, training, and assessment, and effectively cultivating students' multidisciplinary application abilities and systems engineering thinking.
