This training device consists of the installation and debugging of the mechatronics equipment components, pneumatic system, electric control circuit, PLC, electromechanical equipment and automatic control system. It fulfills the needs of teaching and competition. It can freely combine device control and controlled object module and complete simple or complex training examination.

This device can simulate real industrial manipulator working condition, can complete object handling process. Working part contains a variety of industrial gear, a variety of stepping motor, and limit detection device, can real simulation manipulator object transfer process. Control part adopts three control methods (PLC and single-chip microcomputer control, PC control), complete the control operation of whole system.

The system adopts the modular design of independent units, which is completed by the electric bus, and finally is connected between modules (stations). Each unit module (station) can work independently, and various system units can be adjusted according to the process requirements in various ways.

The system has PC monitoring, can complete the distribution, transmission, stacking process on PC. The control panel has PLC control input and output interface terminal and communication interface.
