Zhongde Dongliang supported the 6th Intelligent Manufacturing Skills Competition technically and was awarded Excellent Cooperative Enterprise.
On December 26th, with the holding of the award ceremony, the final of the 6th National Intelligent Manufacturing Skills Competition (a national first-class vocational skills competition), jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, All-China Federation of Trade Unions and China Machinery Industry Federation, successfully concluded. Up to now, Zhongde Dongliang has successfully completed the competition platform and technical support work for three major competition events, namely Instrument and Meter Maintenance Worker (Intelligent Manufacturing Sensing and Control Technology), Welding Equipment Assembly and Debugging Worker (Robot Welding Technology), and Machine Tool Installation and Maintenance Worker (Intelligent Remanufacturing Technology), and was awarded the title of Excellent Cooperative Enterprise.
From December 22nd to 25th, the Shanxi Division of the 6th National Intelligent Manufacturing Skills Competition has been transformed into a cutting-edge "Future Factory". More than 300 contestants from across the country gathered here to stage a high-level skill contest empowering industrial upgrading, focusing on enhancing the core foundational capabilities of the manufacturing industry. With an all-new digital and intelligent technical support system, Zhongde Dongliang helped the competition build a closed-loop ecology of "Technology + Industry", and selected a group of interdisciplinary talents with both profound theoretical knowledge and practical capabilities for the intelligent manufacturing field.
Welding Equipment Assembly and Debugging Worker (Robot Welding Technology Track): From "Human-Machine Collaboration" to "Intelligent Decision-Making"

This competition closely aligns with the development trend of digitalization, automation and intelligence in welding technology and is grounded in the actual demands of the industry. It covers key links including intelligent welding process planning, commissioning and adjustment of intelligent welding production lines, robotic welding processing simulation, intelligent welding production line processing, and intelligent welding quality inspection, building a full-process closed-loop competition system featuring commissioning → simulation → welding → inspection → evaluation. The competition comprehensively assesses contestants' comprehensive technical application capabilities in an intelligent manufacturing environment. The Sino-German Dongliang intelligent welding application system can collect welding parameters and process data in real time and automatically generate process optimization schemes, reducing the error rate by 70% compared with the traditional mode.
Competition for Machine Tool Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance Technicians (Intelligent Remanufacturing Technology Track): Bringing "Old and Outdated Equipment" to Digital Rebirth

Focusing on the pain points in the intelligent upgrading of traditional industries, the competition takes typical CNC machine tools as the carrier and constructs a full remanufacturing chain of evaluation → restoration → optimization → verification. Contestants are required to rely on the typical CNC machine tool remanufacturing platform to carry out task modules including machine tool residual value assessment and reliability testing, remanufacturing implementation and system optimization, intelligent function debugging and operation, as well as post-remanufacturing performance evaluation, fully demonstrating the entire remanufacturing process ranging from the intelligent transformation and digital upgrading of machine tools to quality verification and energy efficiency improvement. The Sino-German Dongliang CNC Maintenance Application System can dynamically predict the potential for equipment energy efficiency improvement and provide data support for contestants' decision-making.

This competition has not only provided a stage for contestants to showcase their skills, but also smoothed out the implementation path for technical expertise to move from classrooms to competition arenas and then to production sites, boosting the transformation and application of technical skills. According to incomplete statistics, more than 80% of the participants stated that the technologies and problem-solving methods acquired in the competition can be directly applied to actual work scenarios.
For intelligent manufacturing of the future, talent comes first. Going forward, Sino-German Dongliang will take this competition as an opportunity to further optimize the intelligent manufacturing education equipment and technical service system, transform the mature technical solutions verified in the competition into teaching resources, promote the post-competition achievement transformation, and boost the in-depth development of industry-education integration.
