1.Equipment Overview

This training equipment allows for classroom demonstrations of the installation, operation, and working principles of split-type air conditioners. Students will be able to follow the refrigeration cycle, explore the layout and function of all major components and controls, review installation procedures, and perform maintenance and troubleshooting exercises. The equipment is a fully operable unit containing all the essential components of a split-type air conditioner. The components are clearly arranged in a maintainable manner and mounted on a benchtop frame. To allow students to control and monitor various experiments, we provide several specialized controls, instruments, and transparent observation ports.

Based on a real split-type air conditioner, it consists of one indoor unit and one outdoor unit, which are installed on the same bracket.

The system can operate in either cooling or heating mode.

The front panel has a fixed valve, which makes it easy for students to manually connect the pipes between the indoor and outdoor units.

The front panel is equipped with pressure gauges to monitor the real-time pressure at the compressor inlet and outlet.

Both indoor and outdoor units are mounted on aluminum brackets with casters for easy movement.

Refrigerant: R 410A or equivalent.

2.Technical parameters

Power supply: Single-phase 220V±10%, 50Hz, 16A;
Test bench dimensions (mm): 1200 ( length) × 1050 (width) × 1770 (height) ;

Casters: 4, 2 of which have brakes.

RFID Power Management System (Supporting documentation for operational aspects will be provided item by item as required): 

Utilizes high-frequency RFID operating at 13.56MHz, enabling power management control for the entire device via card swiping through RS485 communication from the RFID module, accompanied by corresponding audible prompts and LED indicator lights.
