During the meeting, Dr. Teresita C. Fortuna gave an overview of Colegio de Muntinlupa. Located in Muntinlupa City, the Philippines, CDM is a public applied technical university specialised in cultivating application-focused technical talents for engineering and construction sectors. The university has been actively expanding international educational exchanges over recent years.

She mentioned that the production-learning engineering training equipment supplied by Sino-German Dongliang, which the university has introduced earlier, has delivered excellent performance in daily teaching. Dr. Fortuna expressed expectations to expand the scope of cooperation through this visit. With Sino-German Dongliang’s robust technology, reliable product portfolio and mature industry-education integration expertise, CDM aims to gain all-round support in curriculum system development, production-based learning, and the building of engineering innovation practice platforms, so as to continuously upgrade its school-running standard and talent cultivation quality.

Chairman Jiang Zuodong awarded appointment certificates to members of the Colegio de Muntinlupa delegation.

Chairman Jiang extended a sincere welcome to the guests and shared Sino-German Dongliang’s achievements in manufacturing, vocational education, cross-border industry-education collaboration and industry-driven engineering talent training. He stated that Sino-German Dongliang is ready to provide end-to-end customised services aligned with CDM’s academic layout and the real demands of local Philippine industries. Adopting the industry-led talent training framework, the Group will support the university to optimise its education system, co-develop teaching materials, promote digital-enabled teaching reform and realise steady improvements in education quality.

Both parties will take this exchange as a new starting point to explore resource sharing and joint growth in engineering education. The partnership will fuel the cultivation of local application-oriented technical talents and push international industry-education integration cooperation to deeper levels.
