CALT’s Long March Training Center and Shandong Dongliang Technology & Equipment Co., Ltd. conducted cooperation and exchanges.
Recently, Wang Liangliang, Secretary of the Party Branch and General Manager of the Manufacturing Center of Shandong Dongliang Technology & Equipment Co., Ltd., led a delegation to visit the Long March Training Center of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology (CALT) (referred to as "CALT Long March Training Center") to conduct research and exchanges focusing on the construction of a Craftsman College and the cultivation of highly skilled talents.
At the exchange meeting, both parties respectively introduced their organizational overviews and the development of skilled talent training work. Centering on the construction of the Craftsman College, they conducted in-depth exchanges on equipment manufacturing in scientific research and production application scenarios, skill competitions, training of highly skilled talents, and the development of customized training courses.
The two parties agreed that they will establish a long-term cooperative co-construction relationship of "accompanying growth" in the future, jointly explore and practice new models of skilled talent training, and help the effective implementation of the highly skilled talent training system.
