Build 13 training rooms at once! Dolang helps Cambodia's vocational education enter the 'fast lane'
Recently, Dolang has officially put into operation 13 training rooms tailored for Cambodia. The training room focuses on cutting-edge fields such as intelligent manufacturing, automotive technology, and electronic engineering, covering the three provinces and cities of Phnom Penh, Putrajaya, and Siem Reap in Cambodia. It fills the gap in the training of high-end skilled talents in Cambodia and creates an innovative model for the integrated output of "technology+standards+services" in Chinese vocational education, providing a new model for the integration of China Cambodia international industry and education.
In recent years, Cambodia's industrialization process has accelerated, and the demand for technical and skilled talents in advanced manufacturing, modern agriculture, modern service industries and other fields has surged. The 13 training rooms constructed this time will provide technical skills support to empower the upgrading of regional characteristic industries
Phnom Penh
As the core of industrial automation technology, the region has established four training rooms: belt conveyor system, PLC intelligent control, intelligent car motion control, and KNX intelligent building, to cultivate talents in the fields of Industry 4.0 and smart cities.
Bodhisattva
Around the automotive industry and advanced manufacturing, five training rooms have been established, including automotive maintenance and testing (including new energy), intelligent refrigeration, precision electronics, and sensors, to serve the automotive aftermarket and high-end manufacturing industry.
Siem Reap
Focusing on the needs of agricultural modernization, we have created training rooms for electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and refrigeration to assist in infrastructure upgrading and sustainable development.
The above training rooms have created the "Dolang Creation" talent training model by outputting Chinese technical skill standards, achieving the integration of "enterprise environment and teaching environment, teaching practice and production practice, theory and practice, and knowledge and ability" in the integration of theory and practice teaching. They accurately connect with industries and provide stable talent supply for Cambodia's economic development, solving the problem of talent shortage. Compared to the one-way output mode of traditional equipment exports, Dolang's core logic in this cooperation is to "empower the local" and create a technology talent training system for Cambodia that adapts to the digital economy era.
