Item.3 DL-ZLCT01 Compressor Training System Technical Document

I. Equipment Overview
The condenser and evaporator fan coil units are integrated to simulate the dehumidifier workflow, helping students understand the air dehumidification process. All components are connected using safety plugs. The front panel is embedded with high/low pressure gauges for easy observation of pressure changes.
Service valves are installed for refrigerant charging practice. This training device aids students in deeply analyzing the refrigeration cycle and accurately mastering the layout and functions of core components and control devices. As a fully operational training unit, it encompasses the basic components of a dehumidifier. It is also equipped with special control devices, instruments, and transparent observation ports, allowing students to monitor experimental dynamics in real time.
Refrigerant: R134a or equivalent.
II. Technical Parameters
* Power Supply: Single-phase 220V ±10%, 50Hz, 16A;
* Test Bench Dimensions (mm): 720 (W) × 1000 (L) × 1530 (H) mm ±10%;
* Refrigerant: R134a
* Test Bench Structure: Movable bench body with four casters (two with brakes, two without brakes).
* RFID Power Management System (Supporting documentation for operational aspects will be provided item by item below):
