1. Scope of Supply

The Contractor shall supply, deliver, install, test, commission, and hand over complete Compressor Training System, including:

· Fully operational refrigeration/dehumidifier training unit

· Integrated instrumentation and control panel

· RFID power management system

· Standard accessories and tools

· Documentation and experiment manuals

The system shall be complete, factory-assembled, tested, and ready for instructional use.

 

2. General Description

The Compressor Training System shall be a fully operational refrigeration and dehumidification training unit designed to:

· Simulate dehumidifier workflow

· Demonstrate refrigeration cycle operation

· Enable compressor start-up training

· Facilitate refrigerant charging practice

· Support performance evaluation and Mollier diagram plotting

The system shall include condenser and evaporator fan coil units arranged to simulate an air dehumidification process.

Refrigerant shall be R134a or equivalent environmentally acceptable refrigerant.

 

3. Mechanical Construction

3.1 Training Bench Structure

· Constructed from aluminum profile and sheet-metal frame

· Approximate Dimensions:
720 (W) × 1000 (L) × 1530 (H) mm

· Mounted on four (4) heavy-duty casters:

Two (2) with brake locks

Two (2) without brakes

· Fully piped and electrically connected

· All components clearly labeled

3.2 Demonstration Panel

· Printed refrigeration circuit diagram

· Electrical diagram with test points

· Color-coded refrigeration piping (red/blue)

· Embedded high- and low-pressure gauges

· Transparent sight glass for refrigerant monitoring

 

4. Electrical Requirements

· Power Supply: Single-phase 220V ±10%, 50Hz

· Rated Current: 16A

· Leakage Circuit Breaker 16A

· Key switch (self-locking type)

· Emergency stop button (self-locking type)

· Overload protector 5A

· Indicator lights (5 pcs)

· Safety plug connections for all components

 

5. Refrigeration System Components

The system shall include, as a:

5.1 Compressor

· Motor Power: 1/3 HP

· Voltage: 220V AC, 50Hz

Compatible with R134a or equivalent environmentally acceptable refrigerant.

5.2 Condenser (Fan Coil Type)

· Refrigerant ports:1/4" inlet and outlet

· Integrated installation with evaporator

5.3 Evaporator (Fan Coil Type)

· Refrigerant ports:1/4" inlet and outlet

5.4 Throttling Device

· Capillary tube type

5.5 Filter-Drier

· 1/4" service ports

5.6 Service Valve

· Low-pressure service port: 1/4"

5.7 Manual Valves

· Flare-threaded connection

· 1/4" pipe diameter (2 pcs)

5.8 Sight Glass

· Welded type

 

6. Instrumentation and Measurement

The system shall be equipped with:

· Low-pressure gauge (-30 ~ 260 psi / -0.1 ~ 1.8 MPa)

· High-pressure gauge (-30 ~ 550 psi / -0.1 ~ 3.8 MPa)

· Analog voltmeter (0–250V)

· Analog ammeter (0–10A)

· Digital temperature display:

Range: -50°C to +110°C

Accuracy: ±0.5°C

Resolution: 0.1°C

PT100 / NTC sheathed probe (4 pcs)

· Fan:

220V AC

Approx. 120 × 120 mm

All instruments shall be permanently mounted and clearly labeled.

 

7. RFID Power Management System (Mandatory Requirement)

The equipment shall include an integrated RFID-based power control system with the following minimum specifications:

· Operating frequency: 13.56 MHz high frequency

· Communication interface: RS485 or standard

· OLED display for RFID card number, data, and error codes

· Customizable display settings via software

· Audible status prompts

· LED indicators

· Data verification capability:

OLED read/write comparison

Command-based verification

· Parameter configuration and function testing software

· Communication protocols:

ISO-15693

ModBus_TCP

ModBus_RTU

The RFID system shall enable controlled activation of the equipment via authorized card authentication.
