1.Equipment Overview

This training device enables students to follow the refrigeration cycle, explore the layout and functions of all major components and control devices, review installation procedures, and perform maintenance and troubleshooting exercises. The device is a fully operational unit containing all basic components of a split-type air conditioner. Components are clearly arranged in a serviceable manner and installed on a bench-type frame. To allow students to control and monitor various experiments, special control devices, instruments, and transparent observation ports are provided.

This training device is constructed around a profile sheet metal frame, which includes a demonstration panel for mounting components. The equipment chassis is equipped with casters featuring brake locks. To enhance the learning process, each system is fully installed with piping and electrical connections, making it ready for immediate operation. Components are clearly laid out and labeled for easy identification. Refrigeration and circuit diagrams are provided to guide instruction. A sight glass is included to monitor the refrigeration state of the refrigerant at that location.

Refrigerant: R134a or equivalent.

2. Technical Parameters

*  Power Supply: Single-phase 220V ±10%, 50Hz, 16A;

*  Test Bench Dimensions (mm): 1280 (L) × 700 (W) × 1650 (H);

*  Test Bench Structure: Movable bench body with four casters (two with brakes, two without brakes).

*  RFID Power Management System (Supporting documentation for operational aspects will be provided item by item as required):
