Overview

The DLZL-RA01 Reverse Circulation Refrigeration and Heat Pump Air Conditioning Training System is designed and developed for refrigeration majors in colleges and universities, various skills training programs, and national vocational skills assessment departments. It is suitable for teaching and training requirements in subjects such as "Refrigeration Principles and Applications, " " Refrigerator Refrigeration Technology, " " Air Conditioning Refrigeration Technology ," and "Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance and Operation." This device integrates a refrigeration system and an electrical control system, with a reasonable layout and aesthetically pleasing design.

This training system adopts a modular design, with each component independent and clearly labeled for easy student identification and disassembly/assembly. The system is equipped with core components such as a fully enclosed compressor, air-cooled condenser, sight glass, and dryer filter, realistically replicating the industrial-grade refrigeration cycle process. The electrical control section features a transparent design, allowing for direct observation of the operating principles of Low pressure electrical components such as contactors and pressure controllers, and supports both manual and automatic operation modes. The system incorporates multiple protection devices, including high and low pressure protection, overload protection, and leakage protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation during training. By simulating real-world operating conditions, students can complete training projects such as refrigeration cycle principle verification, fault reproduction, and system debugging and maintenance, effectively improving their practical skills. The refrigeration components are clearly arranged in a visual manner and mounted on a movable workbench-style frame . For convenient control and monitoring of various student experiments, special control instruments and transparent observation ports are also provided. It is HVAC trainer suit for different engineer training schools, like vocational school, polytechnics, college training, university teaching etc.
