Recently, the 3rd National Vocational Skills Competition of the People's Republic of China grandly kicked off. As a technical support unit, Zhongde Dongliang made its appearance at the competition venue and supporting exhibitions with embodied intelligent robots and professional integrated solutions. It fully demonstrated its innovative achievements and practical experience in the fields of robot technology R&D, industry-education integration and industrial application, becoming the focus of attention at the event.
The professional integrated solutions for embodied intelligent robots exhibited this time cover six core practical training modules and build an integrated full-link ecosystem of "Teaching - R&D - Application", providing systematic support for talent cultivation and technological innovation in the robot field:
Embodied Intelligence Installation, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance Training Room
The Embodied Intelligence Installation, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance Training Room aims to strengthen students' understanding and mastery of core knowledge such as the structural principles of embodied robots, the assembly and commissioning of structural and electrical components, and the zero calibration and commissioning of the entire robot. It also cultivates professional talents with solid theoretical foundation and proficient installation and commissioning skills.
Embodied Intelligence Multimodal Perception and Training Laboratory
The Embodied Intelligence Multimodal Perception and Training Laboratory integrates various types of intelligent sensors, providing a learning and practical environment for multimodal perception and intelligent interaction technologies. Additionally, the laboratory conducts data collection through multiple methods to realize the training and inference verification of the VLA end-to-end model.
Embodied Intelligence Bionic Movement Training Laboratory
The Embodied Intelligence Bionic Movement Training Laboratory builds a full-link practical environment for students to conduct robot reinforcement learning and motion control, covering the entire process of "Algorithm Development - Simulation Verification - Physical Implementation". It helps students master relevant tools to complete model training, as well as conduct sim2sim and sim2real verification, and fosters students' core capabilities in designing, training and optimizing robot motion skills in a phased manner.
Embodied Intelligence Spatial Perception Training Laboratory
The Embodied Intelligence Spatial Perception Training Laboratory features a comprehensive environment composed of multi-spatial perception sensor fusion, algorithm frameworks, simulation environments, and hardware testing platforms. It supports students in conducting full-process practice from sensor data collection to navigation algorithm development and obstacle avoidance strategy design, enabling them to solidly master key technologies such as robot localization, mapping, and decision-making.
Embodied Intelligence Application Training Laboratory
Through multi-scenario practical training projects, the Embodied Intelligence Application Training Laboratory helps students master skills such as robot configuration and debugging, interactive collaboration, and autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance. It also enables students to acquire the ability to independently develop and optimize application solutions as well as design and expand custo.
Humanoid Robot Training Ground
Data is the core driving force for the technological upgrading of embodied intelligence in humanoid robots. The training ground collects rich and accurate data through multiple scenarios, laying a solid foundation for robot algorithm training, behavior optimization, and function enhancement.
