First Batch of Model Vocational Education Groups Annual Meeting Held, Zhongde Dongliang Awards Plaques to Cambodia-China Cooperation Units
On December 11th, the Annual Conference of the First Batch of Model Digital Technology Skills Vocational Education Groups and the International Seminar on the Integration of Industry and Education Development, organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in 2025, was held at Guangzhou Technician College. As a benchmark enterprise in the internationalization of vocational education, Zhongde Dongliang was invited to attend the event and awarded plaques to the cooperative units of the Cambodia-China Vocational Education International Cooperation Project on site.
In March this year, Zhongde Dongliang formally signed a five-year cooperation plan (2025-2030) with the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training of Cambodia. The plan establishes a comprehensive cooperation system covering technology, standards, talents and culture, cultivating digital skilled talents tailored to industrial needs for Cambodia. Meanwhile, taking standard output as the starting point, it provides a replicable model for the "going global" of China's technical skills.
Diao Xiuzhen, Dean of the Zhongde Dongliang Industry and Education Research Institute, shared the enterprise's practical cases as a corporate representative during the seminar session of the International Cooperation Working Committee. She stated: "The development of international integration of industry and education is not only the transfer of technology, but also the in-depth integration of standards, culture and local production capacity. Through the three-dimensional driving model of 'technology + standards + platforms', Zhongde Dongliang helps partner countries build an independent and controllable technical skills ecosystem."
